The latest new Holyrood malts have finally arrived in Australia.  We were expecting a young, brand new single malt. 

But no!

The crew at Holyrood Distillery just could not contain themselves.  They just had to make a series of malts that explored the role of yeasts, oak and intriguingly location in the production of single malt whisky.
