Founder, Brian Crook, left his role as Export Manager with Morrison Bowmore Distllers to embark on establishing his own business as an Independent Bottler. Utilising his decades of experience in the industry to source desirables malts, and finishing in casks not commonly used in Scotch Whisky maturation.
