This is our third tasting in a series based around how flavour gets into whisky.  And for this coming April, we have Ms Catherine Woods, Wine & Spirit Education Trust Educator, as a special guest joining the Big G to discuss the role red wine casks play in the making of single malt whisky.  The focus of this tasting will be on European wines and Scottish single malts.
