Spier & Wright have the great pleasure of inviting you to a showcase of the extraordinary achievements of Dr Paul Shand. One time geologist and now the producer of the very fine Tria Prima range of Australian malt whisky. Originally hailing from Wick in Scotland, Dr Paul has bought both a scientific and artistic attitude to his distillation practice.  And so far, his malts have been a marvel of intrigue and creativity.

Sadly Dr Shand is unable to join us, but we have called on a drinks industry specialist, the ever suave Mr Owen Colin, to host this special evening.
