Join The Big G and Australia's leading Sauternes expert and respected Wine & Spirts judge, Mr Peter Godden, as they explore the role of France's pre-eminent, botrytis affected, sweet wine, Sauternes,  in the production of superlative single malt whiskies.

Not only will you explore single malts that have been matured in Sauternes casks BUT you will also get to taste three high quality Sauternes!

Along the way we'll be asking the question as to why Australia's have fallen out of love with this famed "sticky" wine but the Scot's just adore it for whisky production.
