Wolfburn Distillery, located on the northern coast of Scotland near Thurso, is one of the country’s most northerly mainland distilleries. Founded in 1828 and revived in 2013, Wolfburn combines traditional whisky-making methods with a distinctly hands-on, small-scale approach. Its whiskies are made in small batches and matured patiently in carefully selected casks, allowing the distillery to create expressive single malts with layers of rich fruit, gentle spice and subtle coastal character.
